Enapps Project Management module

The module can also create templated projects and automatically generate project POs. There is also an integrated ‘drag and drop’ graphical resource planner and skills can be stored against employees to enable a skills management capacity planning tool.

Create projects seamlessly and automatically from a sales order with standard templates that can easily be modified to the final generation of all the Purchase Orders needed for a project, which can also be automated if required. View the Gantt chart through our Gantt facility or import directly from Microsoft Project as we have a bi-directional interface.
Project profitability tracked
Enapps allows a business to track the PnL of a project at any time using the latest data. Keep track of budgets, timelines, resources, financials and tasks for all projects along with all of the associated interdependencies. Prioritise activities using the Enapps project planning tools, tasks can be allocated a priority level from Low up to Urgent so you can quickly escalate tasks.

When managing a team, it is really important to have all of the project contributor’s tasks and responsibilities outlined and visible to everyone on the project.
