Developed by entrepreneur and author Gino Wickman, EOS provides a practical set of tools and processes that help leadership teams run businesses more effectively. While it can be applied to organisations of all sizes, EOS is particularly popular with small and medium-sized enterprises because of its simplicity and scalability.
In fact, it’s been helping Enapps inspire, motivate and develop our people and strategy since we developed the module to integrate with our very own ERP. Now we’re offering the module as a complimentary enhancement to bring the same benefits to every organisation using their own ERP.
