Warehouse & Shop Floor App
Built for rugged Android scanners, the Warehouse & Shop Floor app supports stock movement, warehouse operations and manufacturing data capture from goods-in through to despatch.
- Goods-In and Putaway: Receipts can be processed against purchase orders, with batch capture, scanned putaway and discrepancies recorded at the point of receipt.
- Picking, Packing and Despatch: Picks are scan-confirmed, with short picks and substitutions recorded before pallets and consignments are scanned onto the vehicle.
- Transfers, Counts and Replenishment: Stock can be moved between locations, counted without paper and replenished according to rules shown directly on the scanner.
- Shop Floor Data Capture: Manufacturing operations can be started, paused and stopped from the scanner, tracking labour and machine time against the manufacturing order. Components can be booked as they are consumed and finished goods confirmed into stock with batch and serial information.
- Quality and Labels: Quality measurements can be captured at inspection, with products placed on hold or released as required. Location, product and pallet labels can also be printed directly from the system.
