One Business, One Instance, Properly Protected
An ERP holds everything: customers, prices, margins, people. Enapps treats it that way. Every client runs their own dedicated instance of Enapps, provisioned close to them, protected by enterprise-grade access controls and backed up as often as the business demands. No shared databases, no noisy neighbours, no surprises.
Security & Infrastructure Key Benefits
A Dedicated Instance, Not a Shared Platform
Unlike multi-tenant systems where thousands of companies share one platform, every Enapps client gets their own dedicated instance and their own database.
Because the instance is dedicated to the business, updates can also be applied at a time that suits the operation. Each client chooses when to take updates, rather than having changes imposed during critical periods such as month-end.
Provisioned Close to Home
Every Enapps instance runs on Akamai’s global cloud infrastructure (Linode), in the region closest to the client. For UK businesses, that means London, keeping data within the UK while providing fast, responsive access to the system. International operations are served from the nearest regional data centre.
Secure Sign-In, Managed Once
Users can log in with Microsoft 365 Single Sign-On, allowing access to follow the security policies already managed by the IT team, including multi-factor authentication. Built-in multi-factor authentication using email and SMS is also available where SSO is not in place.
When someone leaves the business, access can be removed through the same controlled process, helping ensure former users no longer have access to the system.
Backups to Match the Business
Backup and resilience options can be configured to match the needs of the operation. From nightly backups through to real-time database replication, Enapps can provide a level of protection appropriate to the business and the amount of data it can afford to lose. A business that cannot lose an hour does not have to.
