How does it work?
Legal standing
Produces an electronic signature recognised for commercial agreements in the UK and the EU.
Tamper evidence
The completed PDF is sealed, so any alteration made after signing is detectable in a standard PDF reader.
Audit trail
Each completed document carries a record of who signed, at what time, and from which address and device.
Data location
All documents are processed and held on infrastructure in the European Union.
Identity check
A one-time code sent to the signer’s email address can be required before a document opens.
Link expiry
Signing requests carry a fixed expiry date set by the sender, after which the link will not open the document.
